The salary guide provides a comprehensive reference to the paytrends, positions and employment prospects of several industries in mainlandchina. The salary range data is based on the actual wage and salary between theemployer and the employee. 

Survey results of major industries inmainland china: 

AUTOMOTIVE 

The enthusiasm for new-energy vehiclesremains strong with corresponding market taking shape, thereby posing strongdemand for talent, for which the current supply is woefully inadequate Rapidturnover at senior management level for large automotive enterprises, asstartups expand aggressively. With increasing clarity for Statestrategies namely Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025, an objective reality isthe inevitability of industrial structure transitioning towards high-endindustry and integration of industrial and information technologies. 

LOGISTICS 

As part of the world's second largesteconomy, China's logistics industry is now seeking for sustainable marketgrowth. In terms of the demand for talent, the market's demand is manifested inboth the technical and management level. 

REAL ESTATE 

The real estate sector - in particularsecond, third and even fourth-tier cities where there is net outflow ofresident population - is gradually shrinking due to decline in populationbonus, albeit in differing stages.
